We are offering our $40 Monthly Healthcare Plan to our patients!

The $40 plan includes access to a doctor/NP evaluation, strep throat and flu swabs (UA), up to 2 injections (+$10), written prescriptions, and basic urgent care services (excluding X-rays) that cover sore throat, cough, congestion, UTIs, etc., without a copay or deductible. Minimum of 4 months required.
